Before co-founding BSA, Pauline was the Chief Revenue Officer at Essence Ventures, where she transformed the company into the only Black-owned media company to achieve nine-figure revenue, a historic milestone. Her leadership revitalized Beautycon and brought strategic partnerships with major players like Wal-Mart, Hulu/Disney, and OWN, ensuring global exposure for the Essence Festival of Culture and Black Women in Hollywood.
